Name : Agriculture Diversification
Key Objective of Scheme:
Saturate Village with identical crop by providing them with high yield variety seeds .
Exposure to high yield variety seeds as well as training on farm practises.
Enable Market Linkages at farm gate.
About the scheme:
Under this project, agro kit comprising of seeds and fertilizers are provided to the participating beneficiary farmers. Training on farm practices are also being provided to the beneficiaries through ASPs.
Target Beneficiary:
Farmers of 10 selected villages under Vikasshil Taluka Scheme

Expected Outcome:
Bulk production of identical crop which enable farmers to link the crop with big market.
Progress:
- Survey for preference of crops has been started ( Nov. 2015)
- Handbill of Bhindi project distributed in all ten villages through fieldworkers. (May, 2016)
- One to one interaction and registration of farmers. (june 2016)
- 4-5 beneficiaries have shows the interest and deposited beneficiary contribution.
- Total 16 Beneficiaries has been registered for the scheme and Kit of Bhindi Project is Distributed (07/07/2016)
- Total 14 beneficiaries has been registered for second phase. Kit of Bhindi has been distributed on 30/07/2016
- Due to low price and less quantity farmers have to sell the Okra in Local market. (Price per kg. varies from Rs.5 to Rs.20)
